The basic payment rate for agricultural land for their provision to private ownership, delivery of government or public land users in land rent, the amount of payment for the sale of lease rights and the fee for the establishment of an easement on private land, owned by the state and not expressly granted land use, established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The basic rate of payment for the land in provision to private ownership in the regional centers, cities and the capital, cities, regional and district level, towns and villages are established by joint decisions of representative and executive bodies of oblasts, cities of republican status, capital, depending on the local conditions and peculiarities.

The basic rate of payment for lands granted to private ownership in settlements (villages and rural settlements), located in a suburban area of ​​Astana, republican, regional centers and resort areas, increased in two times.

Cadastral (estimated) cost of additional land granted to the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the private property for private farming, gardening and dacha construction in excess of free transfer, is determined by the base rates for the land of rural settlements closest to the assessed sites.

Land is located outside the boundaries of a settlement provided (provided) to citizens and non-governmental entities for construction or built-up buildings (constructions) and their complexes, including land designated for maintenance of buildings (buildings and structures) in accordance with their appointment, with the exception of land referred to in paragraph 4.1 of this Article, the cadastral (estimated) value is determined based on the amount of ten percent of the base rate of payment for land granted (provided) for these purposes in the cities of regional importance.

Land is located outside the boundaries of a settlement provided (provided) for peasant or farming and agricultural production, under the built-up buildings (constructions) necessary for the functioning of agriculture under Article 97 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including land designated for their service, cadastral (estimated) value is determined based on the size of the base rates for the land when they provide to private property for agricultural purposes.

In determining the land (estimated) value of land referred to in paragraphs 3 and 4 of this Article shall apply the correction factors for the remoteness of these areas from the centers of the service sector, in accordance with subparagraph 3) of paragraph 4 of Article 11 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
