"Astanaenergosbyt" Limited Liability Partnership was registered by the Justice Department in Astana on September 30, 2004. 

Astanaenergosbyt LLP is included into the State Register of Market Entities occupying a dominant (monopoly) position in the relevant commodity market within the geographical boundaries of Astana by type of activity "Retail Sale of Electric Energy", as well as in the local section of the State Register of Natural Monopolies by type of activity "Supply of Thermal Energy".

As of February 01, 2023, Astanaenergosbyt LLP provides its electric energy services to 381,321 individuals and 12,592 legal entities and thermal energy services to 85,785 individuals and 10,271 legal entities in Astana.

The key supplier of energy resources for the Company is Astana-Energia JSC (Heat-and-Power Central Station-1, Heat-and-Power Central Station-2 in Astana). It is worth mentioning that the consumption of electric energy in the fast-growing capital exceeds the volumes of electricity produced at two stations. The shortage is replenished through purchasing energy resources from external suppliers. 

The electricity purchased by Astanaenergosbyt LLP is delivered to consumers through the networks of such transporting companies as KEGOC JSC, Akmola Distribution Company JSC, Astana - REC JSC. Thermal energy is distributed through the networks of Astana-Teplotransit JSC. 

The major strategic objectives of the Company are as follows:

  • increasing the sales market of electric and thermal energy;
  • improving the quality of services;
  • reducing accounts receivable;
  • exploring and implementing high-potential innovative programs to improve the quality of customer service.

The Company considerably improved its customer service through introduction of the Integrated Public Service Center, which is a call center established for the convenience of consumers. By calling a multichannel hotline (+7(7172) 91-83-33) customers can get a complete information not only about the status of accounts, but also on accruals being made according to the volumes received from the energy transmission organizations.

Also, if necessary, the capital residents can request a visit from inspection officer through an operator, to take hot water meters readings and get information on all the issues related to energy supply.

Moreover, by calling +7(7172) 91-88-88 to the Integrated Public Service Center (Call Center of ASTANAENERGOSBYT LLP), a consumer can transmit the hot water meter readings starting from the 18th to the end of the billing month (30-31 days) from 09.00 AM to 06.00 PM (without a break and weekends) or 24/7 by just leaving a voice message to the number. 

The multichannel center is designed to receive up to 21 incoming calls simultaneously.

Please, note that the hot water meter readings are also accepted through the Astanaenergosbyt LLP website (www.astanaenergosbyt .kz) via the personal account or feedback, as well as by e-mail: pokaz.fiz@aesbyt.kz. Also, information about meter readings can be reported via social media or WhatsApp: +7 701 245 62 67.

The Company adheres to the policy of constantly improving the level of customer service, therefore approaching international standards. It also expands the network of service centers, where any capital resident can apply for conclusion of individual contracts or verification of energy consumption bills. To date, there are 4 payment acceptance points of Astanaenergosbyt LLP available for the convenience of consumers.

Working hours of service centers:

  • from Monday to Friday from 09.00 AM to 06.00 PM (without lunch break);
  • Saturday from 09.00 AM to 01.00 PM; 
  • Sunday is a day off.

On the last Sunday of each month, all the service centers work from 09:00 AM to 01:00 PM.
