Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Currency: Tenge.
  2. Lease term: 240 months.
  3.  Program participants:

employees of state/non-state legal entities (including subordinate organizations), who can get a rental housing with the right to purchase it pursuant to the agreements concluded with state/non-state legal entities

  1. Requirements for the Lessee/Guarantor:

The Lessee is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall not exceed the retirement age of the Lessee at the time of performance of its obligations under the lease agreement, otherwise the Guarantor shall be required, whose age at the time of full repayment of lease payments shall not exceed the retirement age of the Lessee.

The Guarantor is a natural person of 21 years of age or older, a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan/foreigner who has a residence permit of the Republic of Kazakhstan, at the time of performance of obligations under the lease agreement, the age of the Guarantor shall not exceed the retirement age of the Guarantor, however, if the age of the Lessee at the time of full repayment of lease payments does not exceed the retirement age of the Guarantor, the Guarantor is allowed to exceed this age.

  1. The procedure of payments under the lease agreement:

Lease repayment procedure - monthly.

  1. Solvency:

Underwriting of Renter/Warrantor is performed by a Company based on the requirements of the Rules for sale of rental housing under the “Nurly Zher” state program for housing and communal development for 2020-2025.    

No outstanding arrears at the time of application review

  1. Early repayment

1) Full early redemption is allowed at any time.

2) Partial early redemption is allowed at any time.

3) The amount of partial early redemption - not less than the amount equivalent to six monthly payments under the lease agreement.

  1. The package of documents provided by the lessee:

1) Originals and copies of the lessee's and guarantor's identity card (in the case of a guarantor's involvement) and their spouses

2) Original and copy of the marriage certificate, divorce certificate, death certificate of the spouse (in the presence of spouse) for the lessee and guarantor (in the case of a guarantor);

3) Originals and copies of the lessee's children's birth certificates (if there are children)

4) Original certificates from the lessee's and guarantor's place of work (in case of attracting a guarantor) about the position and length of service;

5) Original salary certificates from the lessee's and guarantor's place of work (in case of guarantor's involvement) for the last six months preceding the month of submission of documents;

6) Originals and copies of documents confirming other income of the lessee and guarantor (in case of attracting a guarantor) for the last twelve months preceding the month of submission of documents;

7) Original extracts of the lessee's and guarantor's pension contributions (in case of a guarantor's involvement) for the last six/twelve months preceding the month of submission of the documents;

8) In the absence of pension deductions, exempted by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as an additional confirmation of income, reflected in the certificate, it is necessary to provide an extract from the card account. 

Individual entrepreneurs who act as guarantors are required to provide the following documents in addition:

Special conditions

Distribution of housing among the Program participants will be carried out in an automated mode on the Company's website, where the Program participants independently choose the housing (apartments).

Changes to the terms and conditions of the lease agreement are subject to a commission fee in accordance with the tariffs approved by the Authorized Body of the Company.
