Pursuant to Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Credit Bureaus and Formation of Credit Histories in the Republic of Kazakhstan", State Credit Bureau JSC is a credit bureau with public ownership. It is the only specialized non-profit organization established as a joint-stock company, one hundred percent of the voting shares of which belong to the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Pursuant to Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Credit Bureaus and Formation of Credit Histories in the Republic of Kazakhstan", one of the main activities of State Credit Bureau JSC is issuance of credit/insurance reports. Thus, State Credit Bureau JSC maintains a credit histories database and a single insurance database.

Any citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and/or a legal entity can get a credit and/or insurance report for oneself on the website of State Credit Bureau JSC by following the link: https://id.mkb.kz / or by using useful links above.

One can get a personal credit report (for individuals) and a corporate credit report (for legal entities) in "Credit history" section of State Credit Bureau JSC website by following the link: https://id.mkb.kz /.

One can check bonus-malus rating in "Insurance history" section of State Credit Bureau JSC website by following the link: https://id.mkb.kz /, as it affects the calculation of the insurance premium when concluding an insurance contract for compulsory civil liability insurance of vehicle owners, as well as an insurance report that contains information about insurance history and insurance cases (including information about the insurance company in which a subject is insured).

Information on credit and insurance reports for individual entities available on the website of State Credit Bureau JSC (https://id.mkb.kz /)is provided free-of-charge.

A corporate credit report for legal entities is available free-of-charge once during a calendar year, upon repeated and subsequent requests, a payment in the amount of KZT 400.00 (four hundred) (including VAT) is charged.
