The resume is incorrectly constituted. The resume – some kind of advertizing of the worker, consecutive factual statement of labor activity, personal and contact information. Aim of the resume – to interest the employer, to induce him for personal meeting with the worker. The head doesn't spend a lot of time for studying of such paper. On one resume leaves about 2-3 minutes. Just imagine situation: the employer takes your resume from the desktop, open it and there is a lot of mistakes from the first line, wrong design … color of paper hurts eyes. What will he do? Such resume is in advance doomed to go on a route "desktop – trash". Resume’s drawing up shouldn’t be business of 5 minutes for you. You couldn't interest the employer in necessity of your candidacy for the enterprise. This error basically occurs in interview. It looks like this: the job seeker comes to the employer in appointed day and hour with «empty hands», hoping for that simply during conversation will achieve loyalty of the chief, will get at once work. This representation about interview at once handicaps job seeker, immediate refusal in employment follows. Remember that interview – is a chance which should used immediately. Convince, speak, tell about yourself and previous labor feats, show portfolio (if any), certificates of education and confirming passage of additional courses and other. Importantly, show yourself properly, interest the employer. Preparation for interview occurs in advance. It is necessary to strain a little then to celebrate employment.
An error №4.
Being late for an interview. Violation insignificant, but in certain cases inexcusable. The employer wants to receive the specialist punctual, not breaking labor discipline. Delay speaks about you not with the best hand. This circumstance should me meant also. Besides, it is possible, that employer has allocated his work time before and appointed several interviews at once, for each candidate took a certain limit. With your delay you force him to shift the schedule and wait others in corridor of the office. In this case, most probably you will be refused or maybe postpone interview with you for other time.

Flagrant violation of rules of etiquette and "good manners". Interview assumes business communication of the worker and the employer. One party offers work, another – convinces in indispensability and advantage for the enterprise. In such situation it is not necessary to dress anyhow, availability of substandard lexicon, rudeness, fraud behavior isn't supposed.
And now example: a man comes to the interview in a bright shirt, shorts, slates, baseball cap (doesn’t taking it off in the room). In conversation admits in some moments substandard lexicon, caught cheating in his words, contradictions. How do you think, whether he will be accepted by the employer in staff? Of course not. Even if you didn’t do everything from above.
Such errors the most widespread at job search, they initially put barrier between employee and employer. If you want your chances to be increased in success, just avoid similar missteps.
