January 2005, ASTANAENERGOSBYT LLP was the first in the Republic of Kazakhstan to comply with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Electric Power Industry” and left the power complex of the city and began its independent energy supply in the market.

The main type of activity of the company – electric and heat energy customers supply in Nur-Sultan city. The enterprise enters into the company group of «Central-Asian Electroenergy Corporation» JSC («CAEC» JSC).

The LLP was included into the National registry of market entities with the predominant (monopoly) position on the respective product market within the geographical borders of the city of Nur-Sultan in terms of the activities «retail trade of electric power» as well as into the local part of the National registry of the subjects of natural monopolies in terms of activities in the field «providing of heating power supply».

As of 01.05.2019 LLP "Astanaenergosbyt" serves 281 934 individuals and 12 592 legal entities for electric energy, and 267 493 individuals and 10 271 legal entities for thermal energy in Nur-Sultan.

At present time the main supplier of the electric resources is «Astana-Energy» JSC (TPP-1, TPP-2 in Nur-Sultan). It is worth to note that electric power consuming in the quick-growing capital increases produced volume of electric power on two stations. The deficit is replenished due to procurement of the energy resources from foreign suppliers.       

Electrical resources which the company purchases are being brought to consumers through the networks of the transporting companies – «KEGOC» JSC, «AREC» JSC, «Astana REK» JSC,  Heating network energy «Astana-Teplotranzit» JSC.

Strategic tasks:

  • electric and heat energy market sales increase;
  • provided service quality improvement;
  • debt receivables decrease;
  • study and implementation of perspective innovative programs for consumers support service quality improvement.

The Company conducts policy of the permanent support service level increase coming up for the world standards. It widens the chain of service-centers, where any citizen can address for making an individual agreement, with questions of technical character, for verification of invoices of energy resources consumption, for consumers comfort 7 payment points of « Astanaenergosbyt» LLP are operating.

The Centre of the integrated services – Call center, which was created by the company to offer the clients more comfort – has allowed achieving a whole new level in terms of offering services to the public. One of the functions of the Centre is taking orders from the public regarding the visits of inspectors and providing of information to clients on all issues they are interested in regarding energy supply, through the phones of multi-channel hotline.

The agreements were made with 14 banks for payment acceptance including Internet and terminal services. 

In accordance with ISO 9001:2015 international standard, in 2014 Astanaenergosbyt has successfully passed re-certification audit of the quality management system in recognized international certification body «TUV Rheinland InterCert». According to the audit results the certificate which officially confirms high quality of the services provided was issued. It demonstrates compliance with the international standard requirements in the sphere of purchase and sale to Nur-Sultan population of electric and heat energy, payment charges and fees for the communal services.

By calling the center of integrated public service - Contact center LLP "ASTANAENERGOSBYT" - at +7(7172) 91-88-88 you will be able to transfer the readings of metering devices of electric energy and hot water from the 20th to the end of the billing month (30-31 numbers) from 09.00 to 19.00 hours (without breaks and weekends). 
The multi-channel center is designed to receive up to 21 incoming calls at the same time.

Working days of the service centers:

Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. till 19:00 p.m., without breaks.

Saturday – from 9:00 a.m. till 13:00 p.m.

Sunday – off work.

In the last Sunday of the month all service-centers work from 9:00 a.m. till 13:00 p.m.
