Electronic digital signature (EDS) can be obtained by the two ways (on your preference)
1. Save EDS on the chip of the ID card of the new type.
For this purpose you need to visit the closest Public service center bringing your ID card. Further work with EDS on ID card is available through the special card reader. More detailed information is available by the following link.
2. Submit online-application for EDS and save it on your PC. In this case you will need to visit the «State-owned corporation «Government for citizens» NJSC for the conformation of the submitted application.
The procedure of online-application contains 3 steps (Step 1 – study the guideline and install software, Step 2 – online application, Step 3 – confirmation of online-application and EDS obtainment).

To obtain the registration certificate, you need to submit the application form online. On the external device or on the file system, your digital signature’s private key will be generated. After successfully submitting the application and preparing the relevant package of documents, you need to apply to NCA Registration Authority to which your application for registration certificate was submitted.
