When applying for digital signature keys via pki.gov.kz the following is required:

Your private digital signature keys will be generated on an external device or on the file system. Collect the necessary documents and visit the "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation to confirm the submitted application. Then, install the registration certificates using an assigned application number.

Individuals should provide the following:

• an application generated after submission of request, with application number and signature of an applicant;
• an ID document;
• a power of attorney for a service recipient`s (individual) representative indicating the authority to submit documents for the issuance of registration certificates of NCA of the Republic of Kazakhstan and sign the relevant documents for the execution of the order defined by the power of attorney (when a third party represents the interests of a service recipient).
