State registration of changes to constituent documents of a legal entity not related to a subject of private entrepreneurship

How to get the service at «State-owned corporation «Government for citizens» NJSC (required documents):

2. A decision or an extract from the decision of the authorized body of the legal entity on making amendments and additions to the constituent documents of the legal entity, the regulations on the branch (representative office), sealed with the seal of the legal entity (if any).
3. Two copies of the constituent documents with the amendments and additions made or the text of the amendments and additions made to the constituent documents of a legal entity that is not related to a private business entity, a branch (representative office), sealed with the seal of the legal entity.
4. A notarized charter (regulation) with the amendments and additions made or the text of the amendments and additions made to the charter of the joint-stock company, the regulations on the branch (representative office).
5. The originals of the previous constituent documents of the legal entity, the regulations on the branch (representative office), with the exception of joint-stock companies.
6. A document confirming the actual location (in case of a change of location).

• The documents confirming the location of the legal entity are notarized copies of the lease agreement and other document provided for by civil legislation.
• If the owner of the premises is the legal entity itself, then the provision of a document confirming the location is not required.
• If the owner of the premises is an individual, the notarized consent of the individual to provide the premises as the location of the legal entity is provided.
