It became easier to submit an application for obtainment of one-time payment due to adoption of an orphan and/or a child left without parents via e-Gov Portal.
“We did our best to facilitate the process as much as possible and today, to obtain the payment, one has to fill in only basic information. An answer with indication of the sum of assigned payment or substantiated refusal will be sent to a user`s personal account. Verification of provided information on a child and on a bank account is carried out through external information systems, the capability was not available before. Thus, the modifications significantly reduced the service delivery term” commented Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, NIT JSC.
To obtain the service, go to eGov.kz portal and select “Family” tab. In “Child” section select the service called “Assignment of one-time payment due to adoption of an orphan and (or) a child left without parents”. Then, login on the portal and click “Order Service Online” button. Afterwards, fill in information on a court decision related to a child adoption, a child`s IIN and personal account number opened in a second-tier bank to the name of an adoptive parent (applicant), then you need to sign an application using SMS password or digital signature.
It should be noted that the service is delivered by local executive bodies of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent as well as regions and cities of regional significance.
The service delivery term is 5 working days.
