A capability to submit a request for assignment of social payment in the event of income loss due to pregnancy and childbirth was restored on e-Gov Portal.
"We constantly provide feedback, analyze it and based on the result we are tyring to enhance our services. That is why,due to a high demand, we decided to restore the capability to submit an application for assignment of social payment in the event of income loss due to pregancy and childbirth online" commented Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.
To obtain the service, you need to sign in on the Portal, select “Online requests” service on the homepage and order the service. Then, in the window that opens, click “Create” button. Afterwards, in “Public Service Name” field select the service called “Assignment of social paymentin the event of income loss due to pregnancy and childbirth” and fill in the required fields. In “Recipient” field, you need to select “Government for Citizens” branch in your region. Then enclose an application, national ID, worksheet of temporary incapacity to work, document specifying bank account number and sign an application using digital signature.
An answer from an authorized employee will be sent within the terms stated by a government agency standard in the period between 8 to 30 working days.
