A 4-th million user have registered on e-Gov portal of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Anna Vander from Aktobe became a jubilee e-Gov user.
E-Gov popularity is increasing daily. 7 months ago the number of users amounted to 3 million. In April of the previous year, this number stood at 2 million users.
The increase of users can be explained by the increase of available services on the portal. Channels of access to public services are expanding. Public services can be obtained in Public Citizen Centers or via computer, public access points, e-Gov mobile apps and SMS-channels. Automation of public services delivery processes is executed. From the end of the previous year, e-Gov portal notifies users on documents` validity expiration and on the necessity to undergo technical inspection, to pay for a fine, etc.
For reference: Since 2006, e-Gov portal delivers online services for individuals and legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. As of July 1, 2015, e-Gov has delivered more than 100 million e-services. In 2014, Kazakhstan was placed on 28-th position in the UN rating of e-Gov development, which is 10 positions higher than in 2012.
