Updated version of Personal Account is available for users of e-Gov portal (www.egov.kz). Now it provides more data and offers a number of useful services.
Thus citizens can find there a personal data from various public databases. For example, data on administrative fines, number in a waiting-list for property. Data regarding marriage, child birth and other life events is provided in graphics.
For users` convenience it is possible now to transfer from Personal Account to blog-platform of government agencies` executives and to such services as “Citizens` requests”, “Reservation of place in a queue to CSC” and history of obtained services.
“In order to protect personal data, access control is introduced for all users depending from authorization method. Personal profile will be fully available only when authorization is done through digital signature, when authorization is done via login and password, it will be available partially”, Baglan Bekbauov, Deputy Chairman of the Board in National Information Technologies JSC, comments.
Personal Account for legal entities has also been implemented on e-Gov portal. It enables looking through information on a company from government agencies` information systems. Also, Head of a company can restrict access of employees to this information.
“Also, we implemented convenient secure digital database, where one can download copies of documents. In future, one will always have them ready to be used for obtainment of services on e-Gov portal”, Baglan Bekbauov says.
Besides, it is possible to block digital signature recorded on SIM-card on one`s own via Personal Account if mobile phone is stolen and in case, if mobile telephone is found to enable it again.
Also, various notifications will be available in Personal Account, for instance notifications on participation in judicial proceedings or on receipt of payment for public service. Citizens will also be aware of updates on “Open Government” portals. In addition, Personal Account monitors main events in citizen`s life (child birth, marriage, retirement and so on) and offers potentially interesting and necessary public services for every citizen.
