«National Information Technologies» JSC informs that on e-Gov Portal the service is available using which students of colleges, specialized schools and professional training centers can submit an electronic application for transfer or restoration.
To submit an application online, one needs to select the service "Transfer and restoration of students based on educational organization type" in "Education" section of eGov.kz portal. When ordering the service, one needs to fill in all the mandatory fields.
In cases, when a required document does not displayed on the Portal due to its inavailability in the "National Educational Database", a user can add the data by himself/herself.
If a student transfers from a foreign educational organization, he/she needs to enclose the following scan copies:
- document on underwent training programs;
- document on completion of preceding educational level;
- results of entrance examination.
When restoring due to financial complications, a user needs to enclose a scan copy of payment receipt for training.
Upon successful processing of a request, a notification will be sent to a user's personal account on transfer or restoration or note on refusal to accept the documents.
