Issuance of accounting and control stamps for alcoholic products (except for wine, beer and beer beverages)
How to get the service online
- Log in on the Portal and click "Order Service Online" button (to get the service you need to be registered on the pbf.kz website).
- Fill in the required fields on the pbf.kz website and sign a request using DS(digital signature). Track the status of an application in your personal account on the portal "Control, accounting and issuance of accounting and control stamps, excise stamps and other printed products of the Banknote Factory of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
How to get the service at a government agency (required documents):
- Applications for issuance of accounting and control stamps for alcoholic beverages according to Appendices 3 or 4 submitted via the information system: no later than 30 calendar days prior to the onset of a new calendar year.
- A copy of a foreign trade agreement (contract).
- An application for obtaining accounting and control stamps according to Appendices 5, 6 or 7, 8 separately for each buyer in order to obtain accounting and control stamps for alcoholic beverages through an information system.
Upon import, additionally presents:
- Obligation in the form.
- Document (payment document, bank guarantee, surety agreement, property pledge agreement) confirming the enforcement of the obligation.
Result of the service delivery
The public service delivery result is issuance of an accounting and control stamp with a barcode and bindings to the ranges of accounting and control stamp numbers.
