How to get the service in the state body (necessary documents):
- Application for retraining and advanced training courses in the field of tourism activities.
- Copy of the license for tourist operator activity of the service recipient or an extract from the state electronic register of travel agents.
- Copies of educational documents for the tourist profile of employees of the service recipient.
- Copies of documents certifying the identity of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan employees of the service recipient.
Result of the service delivery
Receipt of acceptance of documents for retraining and advanced training of specialists in the field of tourism activities, or receipt of refusal to accept documents for retraining and advanced training of specialists in the field of tourism activities.
