Procedure for obtainment of digital signature by individuals and legal entities

To obtain your digital signature (hereinafter: DS), you need to have the software installed and to submit your application online. On the
external device or on file system, your DS private key will be generated. Upon successfully submitting the application, you should prepare
the appropriate package of documents and come to Registration Center in National Certification Authority (NCA) to support the submitted application.

1Software installation

To successfully submit your application online, you need to install the software: NCA’s Root Certificates and Java (1.6).

3List of documents to be submitted to NCA Registration Authority

For individuals	For legal entities
1. Application in the standard form with ref. number and applicant’s signature. 2. Applicant’s identity document (ID card/passport/residence permit, temporary ID) and a copy thereof. 3. Notarized Power of Attorney in the standard form - where the applicant’s interests are represented by a third party.	1. Application in the standard form with ref. number and applicant’s signature. 2. Original of certificate of state registration (with BIN indicated) and a notarized copy thereof. 4. Power of Attorney in the standard form issued by legal entity to applicant – owner of registration certificate. In the event that applicant is the legal entity's CEO or Acting CEO, he/she shall, instead of Power of Attorney, submit statement of employment or a copy of Order/Resolution/Minutes authenticated with the seal, on appointment to the position of CEO or Acting CEO.
In the event that the documents are not submitted within 30 days, the application shall be revoked.
