Instructions for making a free call to the Integrated Call Center 1414 from abroad Printable version

Kazakhstani citizens staying abroad can call to the Integrated Call Center (1414) via online audio call.  ​

1. To call 1414 for free, you need to click on the "Virtual Assistant" (Виртуальный ассистент) widget on the main page in the lower right corner.

2. In the pop-up window, you need to select the language and click on the headphone / call icon.

- To contact an operator via virtual consultant, you need to have a microphone and headphones.  

- When speaking with an operator there is a capability available to enclose and send files of any format in the size no more than 20 megabytes.

The Call Center (1414) works from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM in working days and from 09:00 AM to 02.00 PM in Saturdays, Sundays is weekend.
