Amount of monthly salary of the worker is established differentially depending on qualification of the worker, complexity, quantity and quality of work, as well as working conditions.
Amount of monthly salary of the worker who fulfilled norm completely defined for this period of working hours and performed norms of work (labor duties), cаnnot be less than established by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of minimum amount of monthly salary.
Establishment of the minimum amount of salary:
- Minimum amount of monthly salary established annually by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the republican budget for the corresponding fiscal year, should not be less than living wage and does not include surcharges and extra charges, compensatory and social payments, awards and other stimulating payments and paid proportionally to fulfilled time.
- Minimum amount of an hour salary of the worker who performed its labor duties (labor standards), cannot be less than minimum amount of monthly salary, divided on monthly average quantity of working hours according to the balance of working hours for the corresponding calendar year.
- Minimum amount of monthly salary or amount of monthly tariff rate of the worker of the first category, provided by conditions of labor, collective contracts and (or) acts of the employer, cannot be less than minimum amount of monthly salary established by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the republican budget for the corresponding fiscal year.
By conditions of labor, collective contracts and (or) act of the employer can be established hourly payment for actually performed works by part-time or part-load, as well as for payment of temporary or single character.
Labor payment of summarized time-keeping is made or tactually performed work hours according to the shift schedule (rotational schedule). However, salary accounting is made by hourly tariff rate accounted based on tariff rate (fixed official salary) and monthly working hours norm according to the working hours balance for the corresponding calendar year.
Salary increase includes indexation of salary made by the employer, in an order established by agreements, collective contract or act of the employer, proceeding from the rate of inflation defined for the corresponding period by the standard legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
