The mobile app homepage
The eGov Mobile application is available for download on Google Play (required Android version 5.0 or later), AppGallery, AppStore (required iOS version 12 or later).
The eGov Mobile application (hereinafter - eGov Mobile) is designed to deliver public services and e–Government services through mobile communication devices.
As any application, eGov Mobile has its own interface or a kind of cover. Thus, the app homepage contains digital documents, eGov QR, services, popular services, digital information and real-life situations.
The digital document is an analogue of an original document and contains 33 documents (national ID card, driving license, vaccination passport, PCR test, birth certificate, etc.), which are actively used by citizens.
The eGov QR is an alternative method facilitating the process of signing documents. Using QR you can get quick access to the required documents and sign them online via the eGov Mobile application. Using QR, you can log-in and sign services on the eGov.kz portal, make payment of state fee for the service delivery in the CSC, get access to third-party documents in the Digital Documents service.
Services is the app component used to perform certain operations.
Services available on the homepage:
- eOtinsh is designed to submit applications (appeals) to government agencies. It is also possible to view applications in the "Appeals" section.
- eSalyq provides access to information on budget settlements, and also allows replenishing a tax wallet without specifying details.
- eDansaulyq provides information to the public on the status of donorship, electronic prescriptions, medical records, registration of pregnant women and medical examinations, hospitalization, laboratory results and sick leaves.
- Video CSC provides an opportunity to get consultations on CSC issues through a video call.
- Social wallet is an electronic wallet of an individual intended for accounting and storing vouchers and ensures disposal of the latter. A digital voucher confirms that its holder is entitled to receive non-monetary government support measures.
- Consumer protection is the platform designed for prompt consideration of appeals and provision of clarifications on the provisions of consumer protection legislation.
- eNotary is a service that allows applying for a power of attorney, consent or getting consultation from a notary public through a video call.
Real-life situations combine the services of government agencies into a single structure. In this section, users can find the necessary information divided into steps and submit a request for service.
Popular services include the most popular services. The complete list of services can be found by following the link "View all" or in the "Services" section.
In the "Services" section, services are grouped by subjects and by relevant categories. Also, the e-Licensing portal and CSC services are available in the service catalog.
User profile is an individual user characteristic represented by a set of attributes, for instance: full name, gender, date of birth, and so on. The "Profile" section contains personal information taken from various state databases. The profile includes information about family, health, social status, employment, land plots, administrative fines, vehicles, etc.
The "Profile" section includes the app settings, FAQ, virtual assistant and Contact Us link.
