When applying for digital signature keys via pki.gov.kz the following is required:
Your private digital signature keys will be generated on an external device or on the file system. Collect the necessary documents and visit the "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation to confirm the submitted application. Then, install the registration certificates using an assigned application number.
Legal entity musrt bring:
- Statement for issue of registration certificates NCC RK indicating unique number of application;
- Identity document;
- Power of attorney for one-time obtaining or revoke of registration certificates NCC RK from legal entity;
- Help or certificate (if any) on state registration as a legal entity.
- In irder to get registration certificates for legal entity employee before visit PSC the first leader of legal entity or acting person confirm application via the portal for issue registration certificates certifying it with his EDS.
- The first leader of legal entity or acting person instead of power of atorney provides employment certificate or certified by legal entity stsmp copy of order on the assignment to first leader position or his acting.
- After confirmation of application by PSC operator, install issued registration certificates NCC RK via «Service of application status check». Registration certificates are subject to installation if application has the status - «Issued registration certificates according to application».
After successful installation of registration certificates NCC RK you may start to work with the portal of electronic government.
