June 27, 2019.  National Information Technologies JSC and KazPost JSC have launched a service to pay for fines and other transactions out of mobile balance.

Having sufficient money on mobile balance, KCell and Beeline subscribers can pay for fines without a bank card just by selecting “Payment by mobile balance”. Having filled in data and mobile phone number, a subscriber will get a one-time SMS password and by confirming it online payment will be performed. Payment receipt will be saved in Personal Account on the Portal.  

It should be reminded that you can also pay using payment card or e-wallet.
