Within the first half of 2017, over 2 million calls have been received by Integrated Call Center. As a comparison about 3.5 million calls were received by Integrated Call Center during the previous year. Thus, average user satisfaction is 4.72, which is a good indicator.
Integrated Call Center (1414) renders consultations on 680 public services. Also, ICC operators provide consultations regarding compulsory medical insurance. The Call Center employs 127 operators, including the disabled to whom convenient conditions are provided. On working days, Call Center operators receive 15 thousand calls.
While previously it was an ordinary call center, the Integrated Call Center (ICC) has acquired additional channels for interaction with citizens. Today, users can ask questions via 1414.kz website, e-mail and virtual online assistants.
It should be mentioned that consultations are available for Kazakhstani citizens through 1414 phone number from any telephone countrywide.
Pursuant to the Resolution by Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 118 as of February 26, 2016, maintaining Integrated Call Center was assigned to National Information Technologies JSC.
