Capability to sign documents online introduced in Kazakhstan Printable version
July 12, 2019July 12, 2019 The first document signed online became the Agreement on Integration of Information Systems of National Certification Authority and Alfa Bank. The process significance is in the fact that Ablaikhan Ospanov, Vice Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry, Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board in NIT JSC and Alina Anikina, Chairman of the Board in “Alfa Bank” JSC signed the document remotely thanks to a new “ezSigner” platform.
The integration enables providing identification of individuals and legal entities via the internet or mobile banking without the necessity to attend CSC. It means that if a person does not have digital signature but s/he is Alfa Bank customer, s/he has a right to apply for obtainment of registration certificates via personal cabinet of the bank.
It should be noted that a new “ezSigner” service was developed by NIT JSC professionals. It can be used by everybody who wants to sign or check an e-document. To do this, one needs digital signature and NCALayer software.
The “ezSigner” service uses certified data cryptographic protection facilities and operates in secure connection mode. The “ezSigner” service neither keep nor transfer signed and checked e-documents as well as keys and registration certificates. Signing process is performed exclusively on user`s side. According to the developers, the service will be of convenience for attorneys, public notaries and other citizens, who often interact with a large number of documents.
