In 2014 National Information Technologies JSC transferred all licensing documents for businesses in e-format. Therefore, the order of the President on facilitation of licensing system and reduction of administrative load on business is executed.  

 Today, more than 700 licensing documents for businesses are issued.  All licensing documents were automated during the functioning of E-licensing system.

By the end of 2014, the most popular licensing services became professional certificate without category. It was received in electronic form 51 435 times during the year. 34 631 times was received exploitation of radio-electronic and high frequency equipment. Registration of hazardous waste certificates (16 171) and affirmation of land use design and licenses connected with employment of foreign national (11 975) are on third and fourth places.

“Automation of licensing system excludes direct communication of citizens with public officers that issue documents. This contributes to elimination of corruption in all spheres”, told the deputy chairman of National Information Technologies JSC on development of government agencies’` APM Baglan Bekbauov. “The works that were done enables to cut the list of the required documents almost by 50%. Previously, in order to get professional certificate with category, 10 types of documents were required. Now, on E-licensing portal, one can fill in the application form and data”, he added.

Let us remind that E-licensing information system was developed in 2008 to automate licensing processes, licensing documents and to provide effective interaction between government agencies - licensors and businesses.  Since the implementation of the system, more than 370 thousand of licenses, notifications and 120 thousand of approval documents were issued. The system was acknowledged as the best project in “E-Business” category on international contest WSIS Project Prizes 2013.
