A new service was launched on e-Gov Portal to check a status of submitted application for enrollment to pre-school, elementary, basic secondary, general secondary and specialized educational organizations.
“We understand that the service for acceptance of documents for enrollment to pre-school organizations will be popular on the eGov.kz portal. That is why we are trying to make the tracking process of submitted applications easier and more understandable for everyone” commented Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, NIT JSC.
To obtain the service, you need to go to eGov.kz portal and sign in. In “Services” section select “Service to check an application status to school” from the list. Then, enter a unique application code. In personal account, in “History of Services Obtainment” section, familiarize with a notification on a request processing status.
The service delivery result is issuance of acknowledgment of documents acceptance and issuance of an order on enrollment to an organization of secondary education (elementary, basic secondary, general secondary) for the beginning of a school year or substantiated refusal.
