November 16, 2018. National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching the service: “Obtaining the information on the fact of assigning and making payment of public guarantee to a specified citizen”.
From now on, every citizen of retirement age can, without leaving home, check whether he/she is entitled to get public guarantee payment.
In the event that the service has given positive reply about such payment, a citizen should come to the nearest front office of “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation (Citizen Service Center) to submit application.
It should be reminded that to obtain this service, a citizen must have been registered on the eGov.kz portal.
The service result can be found in the “History of service obtainment” section.
Public guarantee refers to refunding the difference in pension account because of inflation rate when a person reaches retirement age. It is only assigned if the sum of accumulated money is lower than the inflation rate.
For reference: If a citizen has applied for this payment before, or has no right for it, then the information shall also be provided through this e-service.
