Citizens can sign any document remotely Printable version
February 5, 2019National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching “ ezSigner” service for producing and verifying digital signature in an e-document.
Using “ezSigner” citizens can sign any document (various abstracts, requests, etc.) remotely and make it legally valuable.
It means that each citizen can use the web application, which requires digital signature and installed NCALayer.
The “ezSigner” service provides citizens with two functions: “Sign a document” and “Check a document”.

The “ezSigner” service uses certified data cryptographic protection facilities and operates in secure connection mode. “ezSigner” does not save or transfer copies of signed and verified documents on the server, including user` s keys and registration certificates. The signing process occurs on the user`s side.

When verifying a digital signature, all the required procedures are taken pursuant to the Order by Minister of Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of December 9, 2015, no. 1187 “On Approval of Rules to Verify Digital Signature Authenticity”.
