Training workshop on e-licensing took place today in Astana. More than 200 of medical staff have studied issue of expert`s certificates obtainment with and without   qualification category.      

Obtainment of expert certificates with and without qualification category is one of the most requested service  on  «E-licensing»  portal.  By the end of 2014, 78,658 expert`s certificates were issued on E-licensing portal. For reference, in 2013 it was 15,923.   

“Previously, we have completed a big job on transmission of expert`s certificates obtainment procedure in e-format and since 2014 all government agencies issue certificates in e-format. This will ensure the transparency of the process”, told Baglan Bekbauov, deputy chairman of National Information Technologies JSC on development of government agencies` APM.  

As part of the training workshop, staff-members of National Information Technologies JSC demonstrated step-by-step process of the service obtainment in test mode, beginning from formal request fill in and finishing with a certificate obtainment, focusing on common mistakes during requests filling in.      

«Today`s meeting is very relevant for us as many employees have difficulties during submission of e-request on obtainment of qualification category», told Roza Kuanyshbekova, head of the department of Committee for medical and pharmaceutical activities control in Astana.  «The workshop was very efficient and we received answers on all our questions. I am sure that this will enable us to exclude requests in minor quantities and to solve all the problems», she added. 

E-Licensing National Database information system was created for processes automation in  licensing sphere. The main purposes of the system are: maintenance of the Republic of Kazakhstan licenses` and licensing documents` unified register, facilitation of procedure to submit an application for licensing documents obtainment, process transparency from the moment of submission till a request is being processed and also  reduction of administrative costs. Today, it is possible to obtain more than 500 licenses and licensing documents via the system.
