• contact- center of Astana city akimat by the phone 55-66-55 round the clock in automatic mode by dialing IIN and through operators on weekdays from 9.00 to 20.00, on weekends and public holidays from 10.00 to 20.00;
• «e-services» web- portal of Astana city akimat at e.astana.kz in "Search polling place" section, or through the web- portal astana.gov.kz in «Informburo» and «Useful links» sections;
• Information kiosks located in the most visited public places, in the section «Find your polling place» (addresses of information kiosks are available on the web portals e.astana.kz in "Search polling place" section and astana.gov.kz in "Informburo" section).

Additionally, akimat gives the opportunity to view the boundaries and centers of polling places at http://maps.astana.kz/election/.

Important!

• Citizen can be included into the list of voters at particular polling place according to his/her registration at the place of residence.

• Registration at the place of residence and verification of address data can be realized on-line the portal of electronic government in the section «Citizens →Citizenship, migration and immigration → “Registration and deregistration of population”, or in Public service centers (PSC).
