Vyacheslav Pyressev from Karaganda won the photo contest of the electronic government of Kazakhstan. His photo was recognized by jury voting as the best among 87 works submitted.
The subject he developed was: “Obtainment of “A” and “B” category driver’s licenses”.
It is this photo that will be posted on the eGov.kz portal in the information article on the relevant subject. As a major prize, Vyacheslav will get a tablet PC.
The winner has already shared his emotions: “I joined eGov.kz community in the VKontacte social media and saw the news of photo contest. And, as I had just recently purchased a semi-professional camera, I decided to try my luck. And – here is it! I’m very happy! Thank you for the contest and for the prize!”
In addition, the Jury one of the members of which was a well-known Kazakhstan photographer Damir Otegen, decided to award six other applicants. They all will be presented card-readers for obtainment of e-services and working with electronic digital signature, while their works will also be published in the thematic sections on the e-Government portal:
