First draw took place in the framework of the action from the payment of taxes EGov Printable version

Today, the first drawing as part of e-Government action took place for Kazakhstan citizens who have paid taxes for 2013 via EGov.kz portal.

The names of winners were determined, who will be presented one of 16 tablet computers or 51 card readers for working with digital signature recorded on the chip in ID card. The well-known TV presenter Nursultan Kurman identified and congratulated those who had won.

The event was held in Astana, attended by capital city users of egov portal who had applied for participation in the drawing. The rest of the action participants could watch the ceremony of identifying the winners in CSCs in their region center cities through videoconferencing.

In total, 264 applications from all localities in Kazakhstan were registered, of which 102 (38%) – from district citizens. Those most active were users from Aktobe, Karaganda, Kostanai, Atyrau, and East Kazakhstan regions. That’s why the majority of winners are from those regions.

Note that, compared to the same period last year, i/e/ September 3 to 17, the number of payments via egov portal increased 10 times this year, while the sum of transactions – 8 times. Most often, users in the above period paid taxes on property, vehicles, and land.
