It is now possible to receive notices on all changes and on bank enquiries on your credit history as well as contravene the information therein, using the new services of Kazakhstan e-Government delivered in collaboration with the First Credit Office.
It is quite easy to find those services on the eGov.kz portal:
For monitoring of credit history, when filling out the form, you need to select the period for subscription for the service (1 to 12 months) and indicate you mobile phone number. There is no need for digital signature.
. If monitoring is provided for 3 or more months, user may re-obtain personal report one to four times in a year (depending on the subscription period).
The information disputing service allows disputing the data contained in personal credit report for free within 15 business days after it has been received. To do so, you need to fill out the e-application form and sign it with your digital signature.
Capability of receiving personal credit report was launched on the egov portal in 2013. Since the launch, citizens used this service 7811 times.
Note: Till March 31, 2014, the promotion action on the “Monitoring of credit history” is effective, costing KZT 140 (instead of KZT 500) for a month’s subscription. In subscription for a period more than 3 months since the date of launch of the action, its cost will be calculated as three grace months (period of promotion action) and the subsequent months – according to the standard tariffs of credit office.
