About 230 and 270 thousand calls in January and February, respectively, as well as over 222 thousand telephone applications since early March were received by operators in Call Center 1414.
Consultation support is provided for 535 public services. Among these, there are the socially-important ones.
Much attention is paid to the work on rendering consultations on pension deductions. A special-purpose group of 10 operators answers the questions about the services provided by Single Pension Savings Fund.
Currently, they provide consultations, specifically, on issues related to conclusion of a pension agreement, opening of a personal pension account, receiving information on pension savings, withdrawal of pension savings, as well as about compulsory, voluntary, and professional contributions.
In February, the Agency for Statistics’ service was connected: “Submitting the statistical information not contemplated by schedule for distribution of official statistical information”.
Note that the Call Center was founded as part of National “Information Kazakhstan – 2020” Program. Consultations over 1414 are rendered 24x7, with calls being free throughout Kazakhstan, both from mobile and fixed phones.
