June 07, 2019  In cooperation with Ministry of Healthcare of the RoK, National Information Technologies JSC launched the number of long anticipated services on eGov.kz portal, which have become highly popular among citizens. Within the five months, abstracts from narcology and psychoneurology organizations got into TOP-10 services.

The abstracts are required when entering employment, obtaining driver`s license and in a number of other situations.  

Realizing the popularity of the services, NIT JSC added the services on issuance of abstracts from psychiatric, narcological and tuberculosis dispensary to mGov mobile app and @EgovKzBot Telegram-bot. 

Kazakhstani citizens are increasingly obtaining services online without attending CSCs. NIT JSC regularly monitors popularity of services and the numbers speak for themselves, popularity of e-services is growing. 

- The number of abstracts issued by narcological dispensary was 932 729 of which via mGov the number amounted to 1,9%, via @EgovKzBot to 5,8% and via eGov.kz to 92,3%;

- The number of abstracts issued by psychoneurological dispensary was 901 690 of which via mGov the number amounted to 1,6%, via @EgovKzBot to 5,2% and via eGov.kz to 93,2%;

- The number of abstracts issued by tuberculosis dispensary was 206 722 of which via mGov the number amounted to 2,3%, via @EgovKzBot to 8,1% and via eGov.kz to 89,6%.  

It should be reminded that previously it took a lot of time to obtain the abstracts as one had to apply to dispensaries and wait in endless queues to get an abstract.    Now it can be done in two clicks.
