How to get the service online

1. Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
2. Fill and send the application (EDS is not required). Choose the region, indicate IIN or name, surname and child's date of birth.  
3. Information about your queue number appears immediately after clocking the button "Send a request".
4. If a child waits on a queue to kindergarten in Almaty city, two options will appear "Change of places in queue" (EDS is required), "Removal from queue" (EDS is required), "Actualization of applicant's data" (EDS is required), "Review of the list of persons receiving a refferal to kendergarten for coordination in personal account" (EDS is not required), "Delete my suggestions for change" (EDS is not required), "Create and safe suggestion for change" (EDS is not required).
5. You must choose the option, insert required data, sign request with EDS and send. 

For the current moment the service is available for the citizens of the following cities: Aktau, Aktobe, Atyrau, Karaganda, Kokshetau, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Pavlodar, Petropavlovsk, Taldykorgan, Taraz, Uralsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Shymkent, cities of republican segnificance Astana and Almaty. The service is also available in some RK regions. 

**Options of change of places in a queue, removal from queue, actualization of contact information, creation and saving of suggestion for change, removal of suggestion for change, review of the list of persons, receiving the refferal to personal account on your kindergarten are available only for Almaty city.

***In the option of changing of places in kindergarten it's required to coordinate the request for change of the second party in the personal account (regulated term of coordination is 5 calendar days).
