How to get online service
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
- You will go to the portal ijetisu.kz where you need to choose the service «Conclusion of contracts for the provision of utilities when changing the owner of the property».
- Fill out the application by specifying:
- contact phone number;
- email address (email);
- cadastral number and type of real estate object (primary, secondary).
- Get acquainted with the text of standard contracts for the provision of services.
- Select service providers to conclude contracts.
- Sign the application with an EDS (electronic digital signature).
- In your personal account (in the History of Services section), read the notification about the processing of your application, which will be received within the specified time.
- The result of the service is available in the «My applications» section on the portal ijetisu.kz - Geoinformation portal of Almaty region.
