Providing government grants for social entrepreneurship entities
How to get the service online:
- Log in to the portal and click on the "Order the service online" button (to receive the service, you must be registered or go through a single registration on the site www.qoldau.kz).
- Fill out an application on the website www.qoldau.kz and sign it with an EDS (electronic digital signature). In the e-mail specified during registration, read the notification of the processing of your application, which will be received within the specified time.

To receive state grants for the implementation of new business ideas:
- Electronic application for participation in the competitive selection for the provision of state grants in the form.
- A copy of the document confirming the passage of the service recipient training Programme and (or) development Programme, productive employment and mass entrepreneurship to 2017 – 2021 "Enbek" a limitation period no more than 2 years.
- An extract from the Bank account indicating that the current account of the service recipient has funds of at least 10 % of the amount of the state grant provided, or documents confirming the estimated value of movable and / or immovable property participating in the business project (this requirement is not mandatory for socially vulnerable segments of the population).
Confirmation of acceptance of documents is the registration (stamp, incoming number and date) in the office of the service provider, indicating the name and initials of the person who accepted the documents or the registration number on the web portal.
How to obtain the service in the State body and in “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation (documents to be submitted):
To receive state grants for the implementation of new business ideas:
- An identity document of the applicant (for identification).
- An application for participation in the competitive selection for the provision of state grants in the form, the provision of state grants, which will be posted on the web portal of the service provider.
- Certificate of state registration of a legal entity / notification of registration of an individual entrepreneur (obtained from the relevant information systems).
- A certificate on the absence of arrears on obligatory payments to the budget, issued no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days before the date of application.
- A certificate of the average number of employees at the time of filing the application, certified by the signature of the manager and the seal of the applicant (if any).
- Business project prepared in the form of a business plan.
- A copy of the document confirming the completion of the training by the service recipient.
- A notarized power of attorney for the right to file an application on behalf of the service recipient in the event of an application being filed by a third party.
- Documents confirming the availability of co-financing (cash, movable / immovable property participating in the business project) of expenses for the implementation of the business project in the amount of at least 10% of the volume of the state grant provided, a certificate from the bank on the availability of funds on the current account of the service recipient, or documents confirming the assessed value of movable and / or immovable property participating in a business project (with the exception of socially vulnerable segments of the population). At the same time, the service provider receives information about the presence of movable and / or immovable property from the relevant state information systems through the "electronic government" gateway.
- A document confirming that the service recipient has the status of referring to socially vulnerable groups of the population. At the same time, the service provider receives information about the status of the service recipient from the relevant state information systems through the "electronic government" gateway.
Result of the service delivery
Grant agreement, or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide a public service for the provision of a government grant.
