Dear citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan!
In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the provision of services on paper media is possible through online reservations in the service centers of the population for the period of quarantine.
Public services can be obtained online, as well as some services are available in the mobile app EgovMbile, Telegram-bot eGovKzBot2 .0 and social networks Facebook and VK.
How to get the service online
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
- Complete e-request attaching the documents depending on the type of the requested archival letter of verification and fill out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database). To the request attach the identification card. Dependently of issued data character attaching documents documents may be distinguish: copy of a labor book, copy of the land using right record, technical passport copy, copy of a death certificate.
- In personal cabinet (in the field “Services obtainment history”) read the result of the service.
- To address to the archive for reference obtaining.
File should not exceed 1MB
When applying to «State-owned corporation «Government for citizens» NJSC or state agency (required documents):
- Identity document (submitted for identification purposes) and a document confirming the authority - for a legal entity or a notarized power of attorney - for an individual (upon application of an authorized representative).
Result of the service delivery
Archive certificate on confirmation of information of social and legal nature on the form according to Annex 50 to the forms of documents to be executed (prepared) in the course of acquisition, storage, recording and use of documents of the National Archive Fund and other archive documents by the state and special state archives or a copy of an archive document or an archive extract on the form or a response on the absence of the requested information from the service provider, or a reasoned response on the refusal to provide the public service.
On the portal - a notification is sent to the “personal account” indicating the place and date of receipt of the result of the state service.
