How to get online service
- To register on the portal and go to «Order online service».
- To fill the request and attach the scheme of land parcel location.
- Sign it with EDS (electronic digital signature).
- In personal account (in the field «History of services obtaining») familiarize with notification on processing of your request, which will be sent within 24 working days.
- Make a payment by clicking on the button "Pay" on the page of the Payment Gateway.
Commission for payment procedure is 100 KZT.
6. In case of positive response in the field «History of services obtaining» pay for purchase of land parcel and fee for registration of rights to real estate.
- In personal account (in the field “History of services obtaining”) familiarize with the result of service and by own desire visit department of earth relations for getting the act without registration of rights.
Result of the service delivery
Getting of decree with identification documents on the land parcel and contracts (lease, sale and purchase) and notification on registration of rights to real estate or reasoned refuse.
