In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the provision of services on paper media is possible through online reservations in the service centers of the population for the period of quarantine.
Public services can be obtained online, as well as some services are available in the mobile app EgovMbile, Telegram-bot eGovKzBot2 .0 and social networks Facebook and VK.
How to get the service online
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
- Complete necessary field and attach applications.
- Sign it with EDS (electronic digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
- In personal account (in the History of services section) read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.
How to get the service at «State-owned corporation «Government for citizens» NJSC (required documents):
For the assignment of the sports category candidate for master of sports:
- Document identifying the personality of the service recipient, and (or) notary certified of an Individual while his/her representative addressing (for identification).
- Submission form.
- Reports of competitions, stamped by local accredited sports Federation in the sport and (or) competition in regional, city, district level, stamped by an accredited local sports Federation of the sport, in the absence of a local accredited sports Federation in the sport, certified by the seal of the regional, city and district Executive authority for physical culture and sport.
- One colored photo in the form of 3x4.
For assign sports category an athlete of the 1st category
- Document identifying the service recipient’s personality, and (or) notary certified stipulation of Individual – under service recipient’s addressing (for identification);
- Submission form.
- Competition protocols certified by the seal of an accredited local sports Federation by sport, in the absence of an accredited local sports Federation by sport-certified by the seal of district and city Executive bodies for physical culture and sport.
- One colored photo in the form of 3x4.
For the qualified categories assignment: : top-level qualifications trainer of the first category, top-level qualifications coach-teacher of the first category, the coach of the average level of qualification of the first category, the coach-teacher of the average level of qualification of the first category
- Document identifying the personality of the service recipient, and (or) notary certified of an Individual while his/her representative addressing (for identification).
- Application by form.
- Diploma of professional education.
- Employment record book or employment contract with the employer's mark on the date and grounds for its termination, or an extract from the employer's acts confirming the emergence and termination of employment relations based on the conclusion and termination of an employment contract, or an archived certificate containing information about the employee's employment.
- Reference of the sportsmen training by coach, trainer-teacher in the form.
- Protocols national competitions and stamped by accredited national and (or) regional sports Federation of sport and (or) competition in regional, city, district level, stamped by local accredited sports Federation in the sport, in the absence of accredited local sports Federation, certified by the seal of the regional, urban, regional Executive body for physical culture and sports copies of the list of national teams and full-time national teams of the Republic of Kazakhstan by sport (national teams by sport).
For the qualified categories assignment: higher qualification Methodist first category, Methodist average skill level of the first category
- Document identifying the personality of the service recipient, and (or) notary certified of an Individual while his/her representative addressing (for identification).
- Application by form.
- Diploma of professional education.
- Employment record book or employment contract with the employer's mark on the date and grounds for its termination, or an extract from the employer's acts confirming the emergence and termination of employment relations based on the conclusion and termination of an employment contract, or an archived certificate containing information about the employee's employment.
For the qualified categories assignment: instructor-athlete of high qualification of the first category
- Document identifying the personality of the service recipient, and (or) notary certified of an Individual while his/her representative addressing (for identification).
- Application by form.
- Diploma of education.
- Employment record book or employment contract with the employer's mark on the date and grounds for its termination, or an extract from the employer's acts confirming the emergence and termination of employment relations based on the conclusion and termination of an employment contract, or an archived certificate containing information about the employee's employment.
- Letter of request, stamped by the accredited local sports Federation for the sport of assigning a category, in the absence of a local accredited sports Federation in the sport, stamped by the sports organization in which the instructor-the athlete listed.
For the qualified categories assignment: sports referee of the first category
- Document identifying the personality of the service recipient, and (or ) notary certified of an Individual while his/her representative addressing (for identification).
- Application by form.
- Submission form.
- Certificate of passing the judges ' seminar held by an accredited local sports Federation for the sport.
- Certificate of judgment or the protocols of the competition, certifying the officiating of the applicant.
- Two colored photos in the form of 3x4.
