Acceptance of the applications and documents from the citizen of the I and III categories on the housing obtainment in the ranges of the Development program up to 2020.

How to get the service online 

1. Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
2. Fill in the application and sign it with EDS (electronic digital signature).
3. In personal cabinet (in the History of Services section) familiarize with the results of an application.

The list of electronic documents copies that required for the service delivery in case of the data absence in informational systems (required documents):

1. Certificate of marriage (divorce certificate), spouse’s death certificate, children birth, an application of the fact that an applicant is not married;
2. Confirmation of relationship (blood);
3. An abstract from the place of labor (for the group of I category of persons, that admonished in the 3) sub item of the  item of 67 article of the Law and of one of spouses (for an applicant of III group’s category;
4. An abstract confirming the disability occurrence or the bad case of some types of some chronic diseases of one of the family members;
5. Conclusion of the housing’s technical conditions (for the applicant of the III group);
6. Document confirming the proportion of real estate;
7. Document confirming the rights on the proportion in real estate;
8. An abstract from the local executive agency confirming the residential accommodations  of the sun-dried and wood-framed, сane fiber board, threatened to fall (destruction);
9. An abstract from an orphan asylum, or the  certificate of parents’ death;
10. Repatriate’s ID card;
11. Confirmation of the housing forfeiture as a result of an ecological catastrophes, emergencies of natural or technogeneous character;
12. Confirmation of occurrence of 4 and more children in family.
