How to get online service
- Log in and go to the button "Request online" (to receive services you must be registered on the site eokno.gov.kz).
- Fill in the required fields on the website eokno.gov.kz and sign a request for EDS (electronic digital signature). Track the status of the application in your account on the portal “Single window of the Republic of Kazakhstan for export-import operations”.
To obtain a certificate of state registration (necessary documents):
- Application.
For products manufactured in the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter - the EEU)
- Copies of documents in accordance with which the products are made, certified by the manufacturer (manufacturer):
- standard or organization standard or technical condition;
- process instructions;
- the recipe.
- Written notification from the manufacturer (producer) that the products manufactured by him meet the requirements of the documents in accordance with which it is manufactured. As a notification, we accept: copies of the quality certificate, safety data sheet (quality), quality certificates, certified by the manufacturer (producer) or the manufacturer's letter (one of the listed documents is provided).
- Document of the manufacturer (producer) for the application (operation, use) of products (instruction, guidance, recommendation) (one of the listed documents) or a copy certified by the applicant.
- Copy of the product labels (packaging) or their layouts, certified by the applicant.
- The original of the act of sampling (samples) issued by laboratories (centers) accredited (certified) in the national accreditation systems (certification) and entered in the Unified Register of Certification Bodies and Testing Laboratories (centers) of the EEU.
- Original research (test) reports issued by accredited testing laboratories (centers) included in the Unified Register of Conformity Assessment Bodies of the EEU.
- An original scientific report issued by a specialized research institute or a specialized scientific center that carries out practical activities in this field.
- The original of the expert opinion issued by a specialized research institute or a specialized scientific center that carries out practical activities in this field.
- In the case when the manufacturer uses nanomaterials in perfume and cosmetics, it is necessary to provide information about the nanomaterial, including its chemical name, particle size, and physical and chemical properties.
For products manufactured outside the customs territory of the EEU.
- Copies of the documents according to which the products are made, certified by the manufacturer (manufacturer):
- international standard or standard of a foreign state;
- technical specifications or specifications;
- process instructions;
- recipes or information about the composition.
- Document of the manufacturer (producer) for the application (operation, use) of products (instruction, guidance, recommendation) (one of the listed documents is provided) or a copy certified by the applicant.
- Written notification of the manufacturer (manufacturer) that the products manufactured by him meet the requirements of the documents in accordance with which they are manufactured. As a notification, we accept: copies of the quality certificate, safety data sheet (quality), certificate of quality, certificate of free sale, certified by the manufacturer of the product, a copy of the letter of the manufacturer of the product (one of the listed documents is provided).
- Copies of product labels (packaging) or their layouts, certified by the applicant.
- Copy of the document issued by the competent health authority (another body) of the state where made hand sanitizer (disinfection, deratization) to prove the safety and permitting free circulation of the products in the territory of the state of the producer certified by the manufacturer of the goods or documents of the manufacturer of the product, proving the lack of need for such a document (in the case of state registration of disinfectants).
- Original research (test) reports issued by accredited testing laboratories (centers) included in the unified register of conformity assessment bodies of the EEU.
- An original scientific report issued by a specialized research institute or a specialized scientific center that carries out practical activities in this field.
- An original expert opinion issued by a specialized research institute or a specialized scientific center that carries out practical activities in this field.
- Copies of documents confirming the import of samples (samples) of products into the customs territory of the EEU.
- In the case when the manufacturer uses nanomaterials in perfume and cosmetics, it is necessary to provide information about the nanomaterial, including its chemical name, particle size, and physical and chemical properties.
