How to get the online service (required documents)

1. Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
2. Fill the request and sign it with EDS (electronic digital signature).
3. Find a referral (in the History of Services section) and visit employment.

How to get the service in a state agency (required documents): 

To receive a referral for professional training:

1. Application.
2. A document certifying the identity of the service recipient, or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identity identification).
3. Work record (if available).
4. Document of education (certificate, certificate, diploma, certificate) (if available).
5. Certificate of health status in accordance with the form approved in accordance with sub-paragraphs 2) and 7) of Article 9 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the health of the people and the health care system".

To receive a referral to study the basics of entrepreneurship under the Bastau-Business project:

1. Application.
2. An identity document or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identity identification).

To receive a referral for microcredit:

1. Application.
2. A document certifying the identity of the service recipient, or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identity identification).

To receive a referral to youth practice:

1. Application.
2. An identity document or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identity identification).
3. Work record (if available).
4. A document confirming the availability of technical and professional, post-secondary, higher and postgraduate education.

To receive a referral to social workplaces:

1. Application.
2. An identity document or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identity identification).
3. Work record (if available).
4. A document of education (if available).

To receive a referral for public works:

1. Application.
2. A document certifying the identity of the service recipient, or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identity identification).
3. Work record (if available).
4. A document of education (certificate, certificate, diploma), documents confirming the completion of training (certificate, certificate), if available.

A student or a student of the senior classes of a secondary school, from sixteen to eighteen years old, wishing to participate in public works, shall attach to the application:

• written consent of one of the parents or legal representatives;
• written consent of the educational institution to participate in community service outside of the learning process.

To receive a referral for resettlement:

1. Application.
2. An identity document or an electronic document from the digital documents service (for identity identification).
3. Work record (if available).
4. A document of education (if available).

After the identity card and data entry into the AIS "Labor Market", the documents are returned to the service recipient.
