How to get the service online
- Log in and click on the Order Online Service button.
- Check and fill in the declaration of assets and liabilities of an individual (form 250.00).
- Sign the application using electronic digital signature (EDS).
- In the Personal Account (in the “History of Services” section), familiarize yourself with the notification of the processing of your application, which will be received within the specified time.
