Provision of financial and material assistance to students and pupils of state educational organizations
How to get the service in secondary schools (required documents):
- Application.
- An identity document or an electronic document from the digital document service (is required for personal identification).
- Child (children) birth certificate in electronic form or a copy thereof in hard copy, in the absence of information in the "Vital records registration point" information system or born outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- A copy of marriage or divorce certificate (if there is no information in the IS vital records).
- A copy of decision of the authorized body on the establishment of guardianship (trusteeship), on the transfer to foster care and a foster family of the category of persons specified in subparagraph 3) of paragraph 1 of these Rules.
- An act of investigation of the causes of accidents, disasters, catastrophes that had led to the emergencies of a natural and man-made nature in accordance with the Rules for the investigation of accidents, disasters, catastrophes that had led to the emergency situations, approved by order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2015 No. 46 "On the approval of the Rules for investigation of accidents, disasters, catastrophes that had led to the emergencies" (registered in the register of state registration of statutory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan under No. 10325) for the category of persons specified in subparagraph 4) of paragraph 1 of these Rules.
The category of persons specified in subparagraph 5) of paragraph 1 of these Rules is determined by the board of trustees of educational organization based on the conclusion of the survey of financial and living situation of the family.
Result of the service delivery
Notification on the allocation of financial and material assistance to students and pupils of state educational organizations or a reasoned response on the rejection.
