Dear citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan!
In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the provision of services on paper media is possible through online reservations in the service centers of the population for the period of quarantine.
How to get online service
- An application from at least two owners of apartments, non-residential premises of an apartment building in the form of an electronic document, sign with your EDS or one-time password, in the case of registration and connection of the subscriber number of the service recipient provided by the mobile operator to the portal account.
- Scanned copy of the title document for the land plot (decision of local Executive bodies) with a scanned copy of the identification document for the land plot attached.
- Scanned copy of the document confirming payment for registration of the condominium object, with the exception of payments made through the e-government payment gateway.
How to get the service in NJSC State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (the necessary documents):
- Written application from at least two owners of apartments, non-residential premises of an apartment building.
- The identity document of the applicant (natural person), and an authorized representative of the applicant (the original is available for identification of service recipient), as well as the original document or a notarized copy of the document confirming powers of the representative of the applicant.
- The title deed and identification documents for the land plot, if before the registration of the condominium object the right to the land plot was not registered.
- Document confirming payment for state registration of the condominium object.
Information contained in state information systems about the identification characteristics of the land plot, the employee receiving and issuing documents receives from the relevant state information systems.
For state registration of a hydro-reclamation condominium object, service recipients or their authorized representatives submit the following documents to the service provider:
- Application for State registration of the condominium object.
- Passport of the hydro-reclamation system of the water management structure.
- The scheme of the irrigation and drainage system with the list of elements of the irrigation and drainage system and other property included in the common share ownership (channels, structures for water supply regulation, collector-drainage networks, vertical drainage wells, electrical networks, electrical equipment, pumps, lands under the bends of these structures).
- List of participants in the hydro-reclamation condominium with the attachment of copies of title documents and identification documents to all land plots included in the hydro-reclamation condominium and located in separate (individual) property (other law).
- Document certifying the identity of the service recipient (individual) or its authorized representative (required for identification), as well as an original document or a notarized copy of the document confirming the authority of the service recipient's representative.
When accepting documents, the original identity document is returned to the applicant after appropriate verification.
- Document confirming payment for state registration of the condominium object.
The state service is suspended for no more than one month in the following cases:
1) by a court decision (definition) on the basis of claims and other statements (complaints) filed with the court;
2) in accordance with the acts of Prosecutor's supervision until the elimination of violations of the law;

6) if the object of registration established on the basis of title documents and the object of registration specified in the application do not match, in order to eliminate the contradiction between them.

8) if within three working days from the date of receipt of the electronic copy of the title document in the information system of the legal cadastre, the confirmation of payment for the state registration of rights to immovable property or the release of the person from payment has not been received.
Electronic registration shall not be suspended on the grounds specified in sub-paragraphs 4) and 6) of this paragraph.
The decision to suspend state registration may be made by the service provider from the moment of receiving documents for state registration to the moment of issuing the document, but not later than the expiration of the state registration period.
Result of the service delivery
To the service provider on paper/scanned media - notification of the state registration of the condominium object with an Appendix on the calculation of shares or suspension of registration, or a written reasoned response to the refusal to provide public services.
On the service recipient portal, notification about the result of the service is sent to the personal account, signed by the service provider's EDS. If the result is positive, the share calculation is attached to the notification.
