How to get the online service
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
- Fill out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
- In personal account (in the History of Services section), read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.
How to obtain the service in a government agency (required documents):
To obtain materials and geodetic data marked "for official use":
- Application for receiving materials and geodetic data marked "for official use".
- Payment document (receipt) on the payment of services
To obtain materials and geodetic data with the stamp "secretly" sent:
- Application for receiving materials and geodetic data marked "secret".
- A draft contract for joint and other work between the organization - the customer (state body or state organization that is the customer of work related to the use of information constituting state secrets) and the service recipient.
- Payment document (receipt) on the payment of services.
Result of the service delivery
When applying for materials and geodetic data marked "for official use":
- information about geodetic and cartographic knowledge of the terrain in the areas of planned work (information) marked "for official use" or a reasoned response about the refusal to provide the public service.
When applying for materials and geodetic data classified as "secret":
- information classified as "secret" or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide the public service.
