Acceptance of documents for study at the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan
How to get the service online:
- Log in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button (to get the service you need to be registered on the market.documentolog.com website).
- Complete the required fields, attach the necessary documents on the market.documentolog.com website and sign the request using DS (digital signature). Track the status of your application on the market.documentolog.com service.
How to get the service at a government agency (required documents):
Acceptance of documents for admission to the Master’s Program:
- Application.
- An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- A document of higher education (along with the transcript) submitted for identification purposes. The technical secretary of the admissions committee of the service provider makes a copy and returns the original to the recipient. Also, a document from the Digital Documents service can be provided.
- Referral: intended for civil servants.
- A certificate of employment indicating the length of service in the legal profession (for civil servants).
- A document confirming professional legal work experience in accordance with the labour legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan – for applicants under the regional quota and for those who are not civil servants.
- Medical certificate in 075/Y form approved by Order No. 175/2020.
- An international foreign language proficiency certificate (if available) – required for applicants to the Master’s program in the scientific-pedagogical field (the certificate is submitted for identification purposes, a copy is made by the technical secretary of the service provider’s admissions committee, and the original is returned to the applicant).
Acceptance of documents for admission to the Doctoral Program:
- Application.
- An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- A document of higher education (along with the transcript) submitted for identification purposes. The technical secretary of the admissions committee of the service provider makes a copy and returns the original to the recipient. Also, a document from the Digital Documents service can be provided.
- A document confirming postgraduate education (along with the transcript) submitted for identification purposes. The technical secretary of the admissions committee of the service provider makes a copy and returns the original to the recipient. Also, a document from the Digital Documents service can be provided.
- Referral: intended for civil servants.
- A certificate of employment indicating the length of service in the legal profession (for civil servants).
- A document confirming employment in the legal profession in accordance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (for individuals who are not civil servants).
- Medical certificate in 075/Y form approved by Order No. 175/2020.
- An international foreign language proficiency certificate (if available) – required for applicants to the Doctoral program (the certificate is submitted for identification purposes, a copy is made by the technical secretary of the service provider’s admissions committee, and the original is returned to the applicant).
- A list of scientific publications over the past three calendar years (if available) and a research plan.
- A document confirming completion of educational programs in the pedagogical field (for applicants who have completed a Master’s program in a relevant field) (submitted for identification purposes, a copy is made by the technical secretary of the service provider’s admissions committee, and the original is returned to the applicant).
Result of the service delivery
A receipt for the acceptance of documents or a receipt for a reasoned refusal to accept documents. The service provider's conditions for storing unclaimed documents: if the service recipient does not collect the public service delivery results within the specified period, the service provider will store them at the place of reception until the service recipient collects them.
