Acceptance of documents for enrollment in 1st grade
How to get the service online
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
- Fill in all required fields.
- Required attached documents:
• Digital photo of the child in the size of 3x4 cm.
In the absence of information from information systems, the following documents are attached to the application:
• Electronic copy of certificate 065/u "Card of prophylactic vaccinations".
- Possibility to choose a school by micro-patch/outside micro-patch.
When submitting an application for enrollment in the 1st grade, the service recipient is given an opportunity to receive in a composite format (one application) the following state services:
1) "Provision of free and discounted meals to certain categories of students and pupils in general education schools" (when enrolling in the 10th grade)
Obligatory attached documents:
- for children from families not receiving state targeted social assistance, in which the average per capita income is below the subsistence minimum - Electronic copy of documents on income received (certificate of wages of working parents or persons replacing them, income from entrepreneurial and other types of activities, income in the form of alimony for children and other dependents);
- for children from families requiring emergency assistance as a result of emergency situations and other categories of students and pupils, determined by the collegial management body of the educational organization - Electronic copy of the decision of the collegial body on the basis of the survey of the material and living situation of the family.
2) "Provision of free transportation to general educational organizations and back home to children living in remote rural areas" (available only for rural settlements).
- Sign the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature)
- In personal account (in the History of Services section), to familiarize with the formed electronic document and notification of the result of the request.
For non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan the service is provided according to the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 2010 № 468 "On approval of the Rules of receiving preschool, primary, basic secondary and general secondary education by foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 18.10.2010 № 6573).
In case the service recipient changes the address of residence and there is a need to reapply for the service in another educational organization, it is necessary on the portal of "E-government" in the section "Education" to select the service "Revocation of previously submitted state service of the Ministry of Education" and revoke the previously submitted application link to revocation. After that the service recipient will have an opportunity to reapply for the service to another educational organization.
How to get the service in secondary schools (required documents):
- Aplication.
- An identity document (the original is required for identification, which is returned to the service recipient) or an electronic document obtained from the digital document service.
- Medical certificates of form No. 065/y "Preventive vaccination card" and form No. 052-2/y "Child's Health Passport", approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare, as well as instructions for filling them out" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 21579).
- A 3x4 cm digital photo of a child.
Result of the service delivery
When accessing the portal:
Notification on rendering of the state service "Acceptance of documents and enrollment in educational organizations (primary, basic secondary, general secondary, special)", or reasoned answer on refusal to render the state service is sent to the service-recipient in the "personal cabinet" in the form of an electronic document certified by the EDS of the official of the service provider.
When enrolling in the 1st class from 25 August, a notification will be sent to the personal cabinet of the "e-government" portal and SMS-notification to the cell phone number of the service recipient about the need to sign an electronic contract for the provision of educational services of secondary education organizations.
When selecting services in the composite:
The notification on provision of free and discounted meals in a comprehensive school or a motivated response on refusal to provide a public service is sent to the service recipient in the "personal cabinet" in the form of an electronic document certified by the EDS of the official of the service provider.
The notification on provision of free transportation to the general educational organization of education and back home, or a reasoned answer on refusal in rendering of the state service shall be sent to the service-recipient in the "personal cabinet" in the form of an electronic document certified by EDS of the official of the service provider.
